It's very interesting in 1st Samuel. The Israelites complained and wanted a king. God wanted to be their King. But the people continued to bellyache and whine, saying, “Give us a king like the heathen nations.” The prophet Samuel warned them in the following Scriptures what would happened. Carefully notice the phrase, “HE WILL TAKE” ...

1st Samuel 8:11-17, “And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.  And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers. And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants. And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants. And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work. He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.”

God didn't want Barack Obama in The White House; but rather, God gave us the president that we asked for, just like the foolish Israelites. Obama has been taking and taking and taking since he took office in 2009, and let me tell yo; OBAMA is just getting started. When he takes office in 2013 (and he almost assuredly will), HE WILL TAKE!!! ObamaCare WILL TAKE. Wrong judgment is everywhere! END

These are all well-documented facts. It is obvious that much of the legislative/judicial and executive branches of government are corrupt. "Politics" is a very dirty and unethical business. Many so-called "Christians," would prefer to sweep such things under the carpet, until their freedoms are gone. I refuse to wear horse-blinders. So much of the news we read and hear is manufactured propaganda (that is--lies designed to distort the truth). Only God knows the truth and He WILL judge! As believers, we must keep in mind that God is still on His throne!!! 

God has the final Word concerning world conditions. You may be rest assured that God knows exactly what is going on in the minds of the rulers of earth. God will only allow men to go so far. No one is going to get away with sin! Judgment Day is coming! It is important not to get side-tracked from our main duty as believers--soul-winning! Nevertheless, I believe we need to know what is happening in the world in which we live. We must be sober and vigilant because Satan wants to destroy us and remove our God-given freedoms (1st Peter 5:8). If you don't think our freedoms as Americans are in jeopardy, wake up! "...the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service" (John 16:2). The average person lives in complete darkness concerning the world today. It's 2007, do you know where your government is at?

This world has become a very dangerous place to live, not just because of the evil people that control it, but also because of the individuals who do absolutely nothing to make it a better place to live.
