Proof that Christian Rock is of the Devil

One FACT cannot be denied by Christian rockers... before there was CCM there was Rock-N-Roll. CCM (i.e., Contemporary Christian Music) is of the world. Before the first Christian Rock recording appeared on the market, Rock-N-Roll had already infested America like a disease. The following information appears on WIKIPEDIA.COM...
Rock n roll music was not viewed favorably by most fundamentalist Christians when it attained popularity with young people beginning in the 1950s...
Possibly the very first documented appearance of a rock band playing in church is Mind Garage in 1967, whose Electric Liturgy, finally recorded on RCA in 1970, gives them credibility as a cornerstone in the creation of the Christian Rock genre. In the 1970s, Larry Norman was a popular Christian rock musician who challenged a view held by some conservative Christians (predominantly fundamentalists) that rock music was anti-Christian. One of his songs, "Why Should the Devil Have All the Good Music?", summarized his attitude and his quest to pioneer Christian rock music.
Still, Christian rock was often viewed as a marginal part of the nascent Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) and contemporary gospel industry in the 1970s and '80s, though Christian folk rock artists like Phil Keaggy and Bruce Cockburn had some success and Christian-identifying hard rock acts such as Stryper gained some fame during the 1980s. U2, a band composed mostly of Christians but which existed outside the Christian rock industry, became one of the most popular bands in the world by the late 1980s. -SOURCE: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_rock
This is incontrovertible PROOF that Christian Rock is of the Devil. CCM didn't begin in the Church; but rather, in the sinful world. Larry Norman's own words condemn himself, when he says... "Why should the Devil have all the good music?" Mr. Norman admits that Rock Music is of the Devil. Larry Norman also called the Devil's music... GOOD MUSIC! That's what he said... "Why should the Devil have all the GOOD MUSIC." The Word of God has nothing "good" to say about the Devil's music Mr. Norman. If Mr. Norman considers the Devil's Music "good music" (which he does), then he needs to get right with God. Satan's music may be appealing to the carnal flesh, but it is an abomination to the Lord.
Rock-N-Roll came to America in the 1950's--CCM didn't show up until decades later--which is PROOF, that Christian Rock and Holy Hip Hop are of the Devil. In fact, Christian Rock didn't become mainstream in America until the 1990's. Today's rockish music, that has infiltrated our churches, DIDN'T originate in Bible-believing, Christ-honoring, soulwinning, churches; but rather, from the pits of Hell, where the Beatles and all the other God-hating fornicators will spend eternity. Christian Rock and Hip Hop have their origins in the sinful world; and not from Christianity. Nearly all of today's Christian rockers testify that they've been influenced by worldly musicians.
For example: Kevin Young of the Christian Rock band DISCIPLE states...
I grew up in the late 80's listening to bands like Petra and Whitecross. I attended many of their concerts in my earlier days, and they made such an impact on my life spiritually... I was influenced by the Christian Rock of the time period like Petra, Whitecross, Bride, Guardian, and of course Stryper.
STRYPER? For those of you who don't know, STRYPER is a bunch of cross-dressing homosexuals...
Do you see, Kevin Young admits that his influences came from the sinful world, and not from a Bible-believing church that loves and honors the Lord Jesus Christ. Do you think the Christian Rock band Stryper (pictured above) honors Jesus Christ. If you do, then you have serious issues my friend. I didn't write this article to be unkind to anyone, but to PROVE, once and for all, that Christian Rock is of the Devil. The fact of the matter is that Rock-N-Roll came to America a long time before Christian Rock ever reared it's ugly head. History proves what I am saying, and the testimonies of the CCM artists themselves prove what I am saying... so-called Christian Rock music is of the Devil, and originated with the Devil's crowd.
