Theosophy is of the Devil
By David J. Stewart
I could have just as easily saved this article under "New Age" or "Witchcraft," because there's not a dime's difference between the two. I saved it under "New Age" because the primary agenda of Theosophy is to further the New World Order, i.e., the Beast system of the coming Antichrist. The following historical information concerning Theosophy is a quote from Wikipedia.com...

Theosophy, literally "god-wisdom" (Greek: θεοσοφία theosophia), designates several bodies of ideas. The 6th century neo-platonist Pseudo-Dionysius seems to have been the first philosopher the term applied to. There was a group of Renaissance philosophers: Cornelius Agrippa, Paracelsus, Robert Fludd, and, especially, Jacob Boehme; the Enlightenment theologian Emanuel Swedenborg was influenced by these. And finally, the word was revived in the nineteenth century by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky to designate her religious philosophy which holds that all religions are attempts by humanity to approach the absolute, and that each religion therefore has a portion of the truth. Together with Henry Steel Olcott, William Quan Judge, and others, Blavatsky founded the Theosophical Society in 1875. This society has since split into a number of organizations, some of which no longer use the term "theosophy."
Please notice that Helena Petrovna Blavatsky founded the Theosophical Society in 1875. Her most popular work was a two-volume book she wrote titled 'The Secret Doctrine,' in which she woefully states...
"Lucifer represents.. Life.. Thought.. Progress.. Civilization.. Liberty.. Independence.. Lucifer is the Logos.. the Serpent, the Savior." pages 171, 225, 255 (Volume II)"It is Satan who is the God of our planet and the only God." pages 215, 216, 220, 245, 255, 533, (VI)"The Celestial Virgin which thus becomes the Mother of Gods and Devils at one and the same time; for she is the ever-loving beneficent Deity...but in antiquity and reality Lucifer or Luciferius is the name. Lucifer is divine and terrestrial Light, 'the Holy Ghost' and 'Satan' at one and the same time." page 539Helena Petrovna Blavatsky 32° Co-Freemason
The Secret DoctrineClearly, Helena Blavatsky was a devout Satan worshipper, and an enemy of the cross of Jesus Christ. She is also one of the pioneers of today's occult New Age Movement...
Beginning in the early to mid-Nineteenth Century, and with the incorporation of Eastern mystical concepts into the existing traditions, the Western Mystery Tradition experienced a major divergence between the esoteric Hermetic rites of the Masonic and Rosicrucian traditions, and the Theosophical schools (with the major divergence occurring during the life of Madame Blavatsky) that came to be grouped under the general rubric of New Age spirituality.

Theosophy, Satan worship, New Age, Freemasonry, and witchcraft are inseparable. They all hate God, hate the Word of God, and are committed to a one-world order, i.e., the Beast system of the coming Antichrist.
Theosophist, Helen Keller, and Her Satanic Hand SignI get e-mails from people from time-to-time, upset that I would dare say that Helen Keller's "I love you" hand sign is Satanic. Yet, Helen Keller was an occult Theosophist herself...
Light in My Darkness is a book, originally published in 1927 as My Religion, written by Helen Keller when she was 47 years old. The book was written as a tribute to Emanuel Swedenborg whom Helen regarded as "one of the noblest champions true Christianity has ever known." This book is regarded as Helen's Keller's spiritual autobiography in which she openly declares that "the teachings of Emanuel Swedenborg have been my light, and a staff in my hand and by his vision splendid I am attended on my way."Who is Emanuel Swedenborg? He was an unsaved heretic, a Modernist, who falsely claimed to be a Christian...
Emanuel Swedenborg (born Emanuel Swedberg; February 8, 1688 – March 29, 1772) was a Swedish scientist, philosopher, Christian mystic, and theologian. At the age of fifty-six he entered into a spiritual phase, in which he experienced dreams and visions. This culminated in a spiritual awakening, where he claimed he was appointed by the Lord to write a heavenly doctrine to reform Christianity...
Swedenborg rejected the Protestant doctrine of salvation through faith alone, since he considered both faith and charity necessary for salvation, not one without the other. The purpose of faith, according to Swedenborg, is to lead a person to a life according to the truths of faith, which is charity...
Clearly, Swedenborg believed in a works based salvation, which is a sure road to Hell (Romans 3:20; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8,9). Carefully notice that Swedenborg was a "Christian mystic" ...
- Swedenborg is called a "mystic" by many sources, including the Encyclopædia Britannica online version, Swedenborg, Emanuel, retrieved November 8, 2006, and the Encyclopedia of Religion (1987) which starts its article with the description that he was a "Swedish scientist and mystic."
- Swedenborg referred to himself as an initialis, in Greek μυστικός (mystikos), "an initiate" (Bergquist, 1999, p.451; in turn based on Arcana Cœlestia §4099)
Christian mystic? There is NO such thing as a "Christian mystic." Christianity has nothing to hide.
Helen Keller was a devout student of Mr. Swedenborg, a Theosophist, and a heretic. Remember, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky who founded the Theosophical Society in 1875, openly stated...
"It is Satan who is the God of our planet and the only God." pages 215, 216, 220, 245, 255, 533, (VI)

Concerning Swedenborg and Theosophy, The Theosophical Society in England states...
The modem revival of esotericism extends from Romantic Naturphilosophie to nineteenth-century occultism involving Swedenborgianism, Mesmerism, spiritualism, the ancient wisdom-tradition, and ceremonial magic and para-masonic orders.

Keller is still praised by Theosophist's around the world today, for her mysticism and occult influence...
Some call it cosmic or spiritual consciousness, the wisdom of the higher self, the inner Christos or light of Buddhi. Like intellect, it manifests in all grades and degrees and includes intuition, spiritual insight, and vision. Just as our thoughts and reasoning can be misleading, so too can this new quality when not understood. Helen Keller was most fortunate in having a knowledgeable teacher of high ethics to train her young mind; but we individually have to choose whether by means of our increasing inner scope and power we shall transform ourselves into wise and truly human beings, or use this emerging ability with its many ramifications merely for our own well-being. Of course, Keller's "knowledgeable teacher" was the Satan-inspired Emanuel Swedenborg, as we have discovered. It should be plain to see that Theosophy is rooted in occultism, Satan worship, humanism, and has a New Age agenda.
Here we read more about Emanuel Swedenborg, who perverted Christianity and led people with him into Hellfire...
"The Enlightenment saw another occult revival, perhaps spurred by growing rejection of mainstream religion and increased democracy and freedom of conscience. The period saw the rise of occult fraternities, most notably Speculative Freemasonry and a revived Rosicrucian Brotherhood. Academic interest in ancient mystery cults such as those of Mithras and Dionysus began to develop. Emanuel Swedenborg pulled Christianity in a more mystical or occult direction..." [emphasis added]

Anyone who "pulls Christianity in a more mystical or occult direction" is of the Devil. In the first place, you can't "pull Christianity" anywhere, all you can do is follow the Devil away from Christianity. There is NO such thing as "Christian mysticism." Christianity has NOTHING to hide. Jesus said in John 18:20... "I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing." The word "mysticism" has no place in Christianity, for there are no hidden realities which cannot be discovered by any believer who has a Bible. We read in 2nd Peter 1:20, "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation." Scripturally, no one can claim that they have received some knowledge from God that no one else has. We clearly read in Hebrews 1:1,2... "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son..." Jesus is the Living Word, and the Bible is the Written Word (John 1:1-3,14; Revelation 19:13). Thus, God is saying that He speaks to us today through the Word of God alone, and not through any mystical mediation or divine revelation.
This means Ellen G. White, the self-proclaimed prophetess of the Seventh-Day Adventists, is a LIAR. She claims to have received special messages from God, given only to her, for these last days. Another such nut is Harold Camping, who claims Jesus is coming back on October 20th, 2011. He is a deceiver! This means when Pat Roberson claims that God had a conversation with him that he is a liar. Beware of anyone who claims to have UNIQUE knowledge from God, given only to them, because they are lying according to 2nd Peter 1:20.
Now is not the time for Christians to be spiritually asleep. Matthew 10:16, "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." 1st Peter 5:8, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."
Theosophy Basics
"Theo-sophy", means "divine wisdom"; and it is any system of thought concerned with the relationship between God and the creation, specially one intended to help man achieve direct experience of the divine.
The Theosophical Society was founded in New York in 1875 by the Ukraine born, Madame Blavatsky, and the American Col. Henry S. Olcott. Today they claim 25,000 members in 60 countries, with 6,000 in the USA... but its influence far transcends the boundaries of its own ranks, influencing the New Age Movement, the Rosicrucians, The Anthropological Society, the "I Am" Ascended Masters, New Thought, et cetera.
Headquarters:
In Adyar, Madras, India.... In the USA: with many divisions, Box 270, Wheaton, IL; Box 1543, Fresno, CA 93716.Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky:
Born Helen Hahn, married to the Czarist general Nikifor V. Blavatsky; her marriage lasted 3 months, and she gave birth to an illegitimate son. She was addicted to hashish, and claimed psychic powers of the occult, but she was declared a fraud in India and London. She died as a lonely, obese, and miserable sick women who was considered a fake and deserted by most of her followers. The 3 Aims of The Theosophical Society:
As stated by Madame Blavatsky in "Isis Unveiled" and "The Secret Doctrine", look noble to the outsiders:
To promote universal brotherhood and world peace, without distinction of race, creed, sex, case, color, or financial status.
The study of comparative religions, philosophy and science.
To make a systematic investigation of the mystic potencies of men and nature: Investigate the unexplained laws of Nature and the powers latent in man.
The Doctrine of the Society:
Is a mix of Hinduism, Buddhism, Spiritualism, and Gnostic Christianity, with Masonic rituals, and a systematic criticism of Christianity, Judaism and Islam... all based in the visions and revelations that Mme. Blavatsky had by the "Mahatnas" of Tibet, and the Spiritualism she lived in the USA. The "Mahatnas" are the "Great White Fraternity," among them, Buddha, Krishna, and Jesus... and the theosophians try to get in contact with them by means of all kinds of occultism. God is just "energy"; however, there are a plethora of Hindu gods, to whom you have to put altars at home. In Theosophy, every man and woman are "God"... though they cannot make stars nor atoms!... but through many reincarnations they will realize that they are "God." Theosophy teaches that Jesus Christ was divine only in the same sense that you and I are divine, and eventually, we will all be divine.END
Theosophy
Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831-1891) heralded the dawn of the New Age Movement. Her writings are the foundation for many occult fraternities. After publishing monumental works such as Isis Unveiled and The Secret Doctrine, the Theosophical Society (1875) was formed to spread her teachings worldwide. She claimed to receive her revelations from Secret Chiefs, or disembodied Ascended Masters; who claimed to be aiding humanity evolve into a race of supermen. Freemasonry took notice and many soon proclaimed her an occult genius:
"The Secret Doctrine and Isis Unveiled are Madame Blavatsky's gifts to humanity, and to those whose vision can pierce the menacing clouds of imminent disaster it is no exaggeration to affirm that these writings are the most vital literary contribution to the modern world. No more can they be compared with other books than can the light of the sun be compared with the lamp of the glowworm. The Secret Doctrine assumes the dignity of a scripture, . . ."
- Manly P. Hall 33°, The Phoenix: An Illustrated Review of Occultism and Philosophy, 1960, The Philosophical Research Society, p. 122Blavatsky soon had a great host of admirers. The Theosophical Society had freemasons Henry Steel Olcott, George H. Felt appointed president and vice-president respectfully. Among the early members were high ranking masons Charles Sothern and Albert Pike.
In 1907 Annie Besant became president of the Theosophical Society. The beginnings of the modern New Age Movement began with search for their "own" messiah, as it were. Along with 33rd degree mason C.W. Leadbeater, Annie Besant promoted a young adept as the messiah: Jiddu Krishnamurti.
Alice Bailey and husband Foster (32° degree mason) continued to interlock the workings of Theosophy with the aims of Freemasonry. Bailey, as founder of Lucis (Lucifer) Trust, worked laboriously to fulfill the plan toward a New World Religion, which her master Djwhal Khul had said was the ultimate aim of Freemasonry. The Hierarchy had blessed both their beginnings, her master said.
Conclusion
Theosophy is of the Devil, as are it's followers: Helen Keller, Emanuel Swedenborg, Helen Blavatsky, and a host of others. When speaking of Theosophy, it must always be remembered that Helen Blavatsky was a Satan worshipper, who founded The Theosophical Society. To no surprise, Helen Blavatsky's book, The Secret Doctrine, is praised by witches today... http://www.coven-of-cythrawl.com/On_line_books.htm. Theosophy and Christianity are diametrically opposed to each other. As believers, we must stand uncompromisingly against the evil philosophies of the New Age Movement, including Theosophy, which aim to destroy freedom, by removing from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family, national patriotism, and faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
