Martin Luther Was No Christian

"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies..." —2nd Peter 2:1

I am amazed that so many believers today still recognize and actively promote Martin Luther as a great man of God. The truth is that Martin Luther was a lying heretic who taught Baptismal and Sacramental Salvation.

Martin Luther believed wholeheartedly in the necessity of water baptism as a prerequisite for salvation. In his Large Catechism, Luther wrote:

[I] affirm that Baptism is no human trifle, but that it was established by God Himself. Moreover, He earnestly and solemnly commanded that we must be baptized or we shall not be saved (1978, pp. 98-99). [emphasis added]

Mr. Luther taught works salvation and tragically died in his own self-righteousness without the blood of Jesus Christ!!!
