Westcott and Hort Were Pro-Catholic! (They believed in Purgatory, Baptismal Regeneration, prayers for the dead, etc). Few people realize that Charles T. Russell, founder of the Jehovah's Witnesses, was a Knights Templar. Perhaps this explains why he based his New World Translation upon the corrupt Greek of Westcott and Hort, as does the perverted New International Version).

These two corruptions disagree between themselves 3,000 times in the gospels alone!!!</u>). Most modern Bibles are based on Westcott and Hort's corrupted Greek Text aka the "Critical Text". The Authorized King James of 1611, on the other hand, is based on the MAJORITY of the 5,332 extant (available) Greek texts. 97 to 99% of ALL AVAILABLE MANUSCRIPT EVIDENCE AGREES WITH THE KING JAMES OF 1611 while the modern versions limp along with their corrupt underlying text. The King James translators had access to both Sinaiticus and Vaticanus and REJECTED them.
