Hyles saw this evil long ago, stating these words:
“I've been preaching a long time, and I've watched a lot of things happen. To me the saddest thing that I've watched in my life, apart from my own country going to the Devil nearly, has been the change of preachers and churches. I find myself amazed and stunned with near disbelief, as I see men who once stood who don't stand anymore ... I know every week I cry some, I mean cry, I mean tear cry, because of preachers who are turning.”

These are perilous times in the world, when professed Bible preachers cannot even discern which Bible version God authored, so they just promote several dozen instead. It is insanity! Even the communist government of Cuba has even Horsesense to refuse to allow the Devil's Bibles into their country. Cuba said they only want King James Bibles! Yet we've got a bunch of stupid pastors today, like the knuckleheads at the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, who use and promote umpteen different Bible revisions. Folks, God is not the Author of confusion, Satan is (1st Corinthians 14:33).
Why, oh why, won't preachers today STAND? That is biblical you know. Ephesians 6:11-13, “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” Pastor Jack Hyles preached a life-changing sermon in 1991 about this very topic. Dr. Hyles said that the word “wrestle” means to fight in Ephesians 6:12. We ought to FIGHT the good fight of faith. But if we are wearied from battle and can no longer fight, then we should WITHSTAND (hang in there in the battle). But if we are wearied and can no longer fight or endure the battle, then we must STAND (don't change). Don't change from using the old time tested flat black 66, the good ole KING JAMES BIBLE.
Don't stop believing that the King James Bible is inspired, selling out as did the First Baptist Church of Hammond (and consequently Hyles-Anderson College) since 2008. Pastor Hyles would be ashamed today of their departure from believing in an inspired Bible. In 1994, Dr. Hyles preached a positional sermon at FBCH called: 'THE BATTLE OF THE AGES.' Dr. Hyles thought having an inspired King James Bible was that important! Folks, if the King James Bible is not inspired by God, then men inspired it! And if men inspired the translation, then it is flawed, imperfect and not completely trustworthy. Brother Hyles is right—If you tell one lie, all of your truths become suspect.
If even one passage in the King James Bible could be corrupt, then any one of them could be corrupt, and we simply cannot trust the Bible. Do you really think that God left us at the mercy of Greek and Hebrew scholars, who cannot themselves even agree on which of the available ancient texts today are reliable? Anybody who is truly born-again and loves the Lord Jesus Christ, KNOWS that the King James Bible is the inspired Word of God. It doesn't take five minutes to see that anything translated from Westcott and Hort's Greek is corrupted by Satan! Why aren't more preachers exposing these woeful evils?
I feel like the Lone Ranger these days, fighting the good fight of faith and making lots of enemies by preaching THE TRUTH. The local apostate Harvest Baptist Church on Guam sinfully won't even allow me to attend their church services (not since 2014), because I called them out and exposed their wickedness! Like Evangelist Billy Sunday (1862-1935), I have come out uncompromisingly against this cutthroat gang of Lordship Salvation teaching thugs, exposing them from one end of the world to the other...

Bob Jones University has deteriorated since Dr. Bob Jones Sr. went to Heaven in 1968, becoming a cesspool of Calvinist theology in recent decades, who pervert the saving grace of God. Lordship Salvation is a perversion of the Gospel! Lordship Salvation does not produce the new birth by the Holy Spirit. Why aren't more preachers crying aloud against the ungodly Bob Jones crowd and their counterfeit plan of salvation? Why am I one of very few Baptists today who is very upset, angry and making a big ruckus about the Bob Jones camp?
The Bob Jones crowd will lie to you, trying to deceive you! Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are lying devils! They preach on their website that salvation is solely by grace without WORKS, and yet those lying serpents turn right around and ALL say that you MUST HAVE WORKS to prove the reality of the genuineness of your faith. They all preach this junk theology, in the churches of damned BJU alumni!!! Dear reader, BJU is in agreement with the Jehovah's Witness' cult! The “award” that Dr. Pettit teaches you must work hard to earn he says is “Heaven itself”:
“We run the race, we cross the finish line, and so what’s the prize? What is the award? Well, there are different viewpoints. Some would have the viewpoint that the awards are crowns in Heaven. But as I read the book of Hebrews and see the whole gist of the book and the flow of the book, I don’t believe its referring to crowns in Heaven. I think it is referring to Heaven itself.” [emphasis added] —Dr. Steve Pettit (“What Does It Mean To Run 'The Race'?” - 22:57)
Dear friend, eternal life is not an “award,” it is the “free gift” of God by grace alone (Romans 5:15-18, 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9). Works play no part in a sinner's salvation (not before, during or after getting saved). WORKS don't prove that your faith is genuine. The evidence that your faith is genuine is the presence of FAITH ITSELF! There are not different types of faith. One person may have great faith, and another a small faith (as tiny as a grain of mustard seed), but it is still FAITH nonetheless. All God requires to be saved is the least amount of childlike faith in the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ crucified on the cross for our sins, buried and bodily resurrected three days later for our justification (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). If that GOOD NEWS (Gospel) is your only hope for Heaven friend, then you are saved! Simply by faith receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins, believing that He is risen today, and you will be born-again instantly, irrevocably and permanently. You have God's PROMISE of it! John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”
A gift is a take proposition, not a give proposition. You simply take it by faith. Luke 10:20 teaches us as believers to rejoice that our names are written in Heaven. That means KNOWING 100% that we are saved certain. But according to Dr. Pettit's rotten perverse teachings, you cannot KNOW that you are saved yet, not until life is over, and you have faithfully run the race to the finish line. How else could we KNOW that we are saved, since we cannot say someone has “faithfully run the race” until they actually cross the finish line?
Oh reader, do you see how dangerous and unbiblical Steve Pettit's teachings on salvation are? God knows that I have nothing personal against Mr. Pettit. I met him on Guam in 2014 when he preached at Harvest Baptist Church. Sadly, Pastor Marty Herron (former theologically incompetent senior pastor at Harvest) is as corrupt and perverse in his theology as Steve Pettit, and neither of these men ought to be allowed to speak behind any pulpit. Both of these men idolize Pastor John MacArthur and follow his damnable Lordship Salvation heresy! I speak on the authority of God's Word from the inspired King James Bible:
Titus 1:10-13, “For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;”
Sadly, Harvest Baptist Church on Guam is a religious cult, a business that focuses on academics and music, where truth doesn't matter. Nor do people matter unless they come with money. The families that they do help pay them to do so. But helping to educate kids, teach them good manners, provide weekly entertainment and shallow spiritual advice at church, cannot produce the new birth in Jesus Christ by faith alone. These deceivers (as I have shown you) are in league with the Jehovah's Witnesses, teaching THE SAME garbage that says salvation is by grace, but you must do WORKS to prove your faith is real. That is a lie of Satan! The false doctrine of Lordship Salvation instills much fear in church members, making them wonder if they are really saved when they sin too much.
I heard Evangelist Paul Washer say in a sermon that his own mother told him that she was worried she might not be saved, because of her sins. Paul assured his mother that she is saved, and that it was her very concern that she might not be saved because of sin that evidences she is saved. Folks, that is NOT how salvation works! I don't care how much sin you commit, or whether you feel bad about it or not, that has nothing to do with the gift of eternal life. I KNOW that I am 100% saved, because of what Jesus did through Calvary's cross, shedding His blood and sprinkling it on Heaven's Mercy Seat (Hebrews 9:12-24; 12:24). JESUS PAID IT ALL!!! That is the absolute ONLY reason I am going to Heaven, not because of anything I have done or ever will do, but because of what Jesus did on the cross, dying for my sins. Philippians 3:9, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:”

We read in Bible prophecy that God will send a famine of the Word of God in the last days. Amos 8:11, “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:” We are already seeing a famine today of the Word of God. Can we really be surprised about this sad fact, when we stop and consider that the Devil has crept HUNDREDS of corrupt Bible revisions into the churches? I think not. Should we be surprised that Christianity is rapidly in decline in America, when churches like Harvest Baptist Church on Guam don't care about hurting people like me? I think not.
Should we be surprised that Christianity is rapidly in decline, when we consider all the greedy preachers today (like Pastor John MacArthur and his $14,000,000 net worth and three mansions)? I think not. Consider apostates like Pastor Joel Osteen, who merely gives motivational speeches and psychology, making lost sinners feel comfortable on their way to Hell. Pastor Osteen coddles sinners by scratching their ears, but he doesn't preach THE TRUTH of sin, righteousness and coming judgment (2nd Peter 2:1-3). Dear friend, I receive several thousand emails each year. So many people tell me that there are no good churches in their area. That is so sad. Why don't Christians care more? Why are we all so messed up in America? Why do pastors go along with the Devil's Bible-corrupting movement? Why do churches put up with infidels like Dr. Steve Pettit, Pastor Marty Herron and Pastor Charles Phelps? These men are Calvinists! Life is short, Hell is hot, and eternity is a long time. If you are okay with the wicked false teachers that I just mentioned, then please know that you are theologically in agreement with the Mormons, SDA's, Catholics and JW's, who ALL agree with Bob Jones University today on their misunderstanding of what Bible repentance means! When you attack God's grace, you attack the God of grace!
I have shown you THE ENEMY, and he superficially looks, talks and behaves just like a true Christian. THE ENEMY dwells among us in the churches. Lordship Salvation is THE ENEMY. Misunderstood repentance is THE ENEMY. False Bibles are THE ENEMY. Any preacher, Bible college, professor, evangelist, missionary, chaplain, pastor or layman who supports these evil things is GUILTY, and has blood on their hands, bidding Godspeed to evildoers. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” The time to fight is now friends! It takes a lot of guts and courage to stand against churches. I have been threatened umpteen times by lawyers, had my websites taken down, fought through copyright disputes, but God is on my side. Psalms 118:6, “The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?” And since 2014 I haven't been allowed to attend the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, because I befriended them with THE TRUTH, so I sit at home instead, and that blood is on their hands at Harvest. I humbly tell God all the time that I am a nobody, why did He give me this calling? I don't like being the villain, the bad guy that corrupted churches hate (Galatians 4:16). But God did choose me, for which I am eternally grateful. My present sufferings will be worth it all when I am with the Lord. Romans 8:18, “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”
Dr. Hyles said that when you find some ministry work that you are passionate about, you know that you've found God's work for your life. My website ministry has been a burning passion in my soul since 2002, simply because PREACHING THE TRUTH is my passion. I love you friend, whoever you may be, with God's unconditional love.
